As part of our celebration, we've got an art challenge for all you artists and editors! A Launch Image challenge! Sorry writers, but it's a bit difficult to read a well written paragraph in the few seconds the launch image shows.

What is the launch image?

The launch image is what displays during the few seconds after you tap to enter the Amino, via app or otherwise. As we've had our current one for a while, we're looking to change it. So, this is where our artists come in.

Rules!

1. Image must follow Community and Amino guidelines. That means on topic!

2. The launch image should fit on the following base:

3. Art can be digital or traditional. Just make sure if it's traditional you get a high quality picture.

4. Your image MUST be colored. No exceptions!

5. Entries due by the time Curator Applications close. So that means October 9th!

6. Place the hashtag #8KLaunchImage in your blog.

Prizes!

1st Place winner will have their art as the launch image! Everyone will get to see your beautiful work whenever they enter the Amino, and they get their art featured in the challenge winner section in the wiki. They also win a title to be decided by leadership, not the winner.

2nd Place wins a feature and a spot in the catalog.

3rd place wins a feature.
