So Krystal is level 17 and I was able to get some tools, like axe, Saw etc in Gridania but once I get the tool that's it. All The guildmasters have red Quest, and I can't do anything.
Any help? If this helps, she's an Archer.

Did you have the tool, or the right one, equipped? Sounds like you unlocked one of the gathering classes.
I think so, I want to cook, saw, cut wood but I don't know have DX
Did you buy the tools?
Go back to combat class then try maybe?
Or talk to the red ones to see why you cant.
Did you do your job quests so far?
