Ps4 to laptop gaming

Try looking into the steam deck. I don’t know if it’s what your looking for but I think it can run ffxiv and starts at $399.

Yeah unfortunately you wouldn't be able to get anything good enough with that budget 🥲 and gaming laptops are generally pretty trash..

You should save up for a PC instead if possible. And preferably buy the parts and build it yourself since it's so much cheaper. Mine was built by my uncle, we bought the parts with the case and it cost less than 1000€ all in all. My PC runs 98% of all the games. If that's not possible for you though, you can always buy someone's used PC or get a new one that is already built.

Any decent gaming laptop is way out of your budget, I'm afraid.

And even should you find a bargain that meets minimum requirements to play FF14, you won't have much fun with it. You'd have to put all settings to the lowest possible to get decent fps, and even then the game will lag horrendously when there's a bunch of people at once

Just stick with what you have for now, because switching to pc/laptop doesn't just include the cost of the hardware. You'd also need to buy the game again, because it's a different system.

No, I’ve been playing FFXIV though the PS4. FFXIV game itself don’t need the PS hip/Plus though.
