Red Mage / Rez Mage / Dead Mage (pick your favorite), i love hybrids like spellblades and RDM is just perfect, using both a weapon and magic, almost dancing as you weave both together. The animations are fluid and the effects gorgeous, you’re not quite a melee but neither a caster and it’s just the best (with MCH in second cause animations aswell), here’s a couple of screenshots to see why it’s my favorite
