Traces of 2 friends

[this is my first attempt at anything ff7 and I havnt written anything at years plz forgive me on quality qwq]

also this was a gift for my bestie Tifa Lockheart for her gift of a Drawing she made for me!)

Aerith and Tifa with the rest of the group arrived at Costa Del Sol, after finding a Inn and resting up everyone broke off to have a little relaxing time, Aerith and Tifa left together after waking up, Tifa looked over to Aerith as they left the inn “well the boys all left with Red, let’s spend this time together!”Aerith giggling happily “yeah sounds like fun!” As they were walking Aerith chuckled “lead the way!”

Tifa nodded and nodded “with me my dear Child.” She said with a playful giggle as they walked to the beach, they listened to the guy stopping them, and with the intense heat, sunblock was something both girls would need soon, Aerith thought “hmm we need swim suits!”

Tifa nodded as she gently took her friend’s hand “yeah we will have to play some games and such to win them!, well with us two this will be easy!, and just more fun we can have Aerith!” She said with a smile, first leading her to a queen’s blood counter.

Aerith and Tifa both tried competing, helping eachother win a swimsuit ticket, they struggled at the card game, they were having fun of course, just like when they were competing on the boat in the tournament, after about an hour or so they finally won enough to get a ticket.

“They were so good, but it was fun!” Aerith said with a warm smile, Tifa smiled “yeah it was fun, I think we bother better leave this game to Cloud in the future, I’m still struggling with the rules, and he somehow won the tournament. Aerith gave a chuckle “yeah he beat me, but I didn’t go down with out a fight, your florist knows how to at least give it her all!, still, I can’t believe Red managed to the tournament!” Tifa chuckled “yeah me to!”

Tifa and Aerith now in possession of a ticket, the girls move onto the next game, there was one that let you have your pet play, but with no sign of Red, they moved on, finding a shooting game with a water gun, Tifa looked interested in that.

“we could try this, I once played with Marlene with water guns so I have something!” Aerith smiled and nodded “alright then I’ll cheer you on!”

Tifa picked up the plastic gun and started shooting, she actually was hitting most targets with ease!, Aerith was cheering her on, giving words of encouragement as her best friend took down the enemy targets!, and soon Tifa won a second ticket!, they then went to the ladies trading t for the beachwear, and both girls went to pick out theirs, Aerith chose a long 2 piece pink one, while Tifa picked out a white 2 piece, both girls went to the beach and changed, Aerith and Tifa came out walking together.

Aerith smiled to Tifa “your swimsuit is so cool Tifa!, this is actually the first time Iv worn a swimsuit, I think.” She shrugged, living in Midgar she never really got the chance, the water at home wasn’t deep enough to enjoy swimming, Tifa smiled to her “yours suits you as well, very cute!” Aerith chuckled “I bet Cloud won’t be able to keep his eyes off of you.” She said walking down the stairs with Tifa “wait huh?” She said with a blush.

Aerith and Tifa spotted the guys, Cloud saw Tifa and blushed, and Vice Versa smiling to one another, before Aerith had walked her friend with her to the water.

Aerith got in the water “today has been so much fun Tifa! I’m happy I get to spend it with you!, I’m so glad I met you, and the others back in Midgar, growing up I.. never had a friend, most kids thought I was weird because of.. well me being and Ancient…” she sighed, Tifa got in with her “of course, we care about you Aerith, and more over.. your my friend as well, back when I was a kid, I had friends, but there was no girls, it would have been nice to have, one , but now I do!” Just then Tifa put her hand up for a highfive, Aerith saw that and raised her hand with a warm smile and high fived her back.

The girls stayed together for a good bit, enjoying each other’s company, playing and hanging out in the water, before heading to the guys, before noticing a Certain Shinra scientist show up, that made Aerith feel very upset to see.
