Further explanation of points that might cause you trouble, with further resources that are more specific:

Full name(s): This is what their full, true name is. Whether they know it or not, whether anyone knows it, this is the name that they were given at birth, that, in some characters, might be major spoilers.

Nickname(s)/known name(s): The name they go by, as well as any nicknames stemming from such. Make sure you differentiate between them, so we know the difference.

Name meaning(s)/origin: The meaning and/or origins of each of the above names. Can be as complex as "this is the story of how my name was invented" or as simple as "Zeke is a standard nickname for Ezekiel".

True age: The number of years they have existed.

Visual age: The age they appear to be - can be anything from a millennia-old vampire looking 25, to a 22 year old girl getting consistently ID'd at any bar because she looks a little young for her age, maybe 18-19.

Biological gender: The gender they were born with/their sex.

Visual gender: The gender they identify as, or the gender they disguise themselves as. (Think a girl pretending to be a boy to get a male-only job she wants, etc).

Body shape: Differing sources have differing names for these - and differing numbers of shapes. However, feel free to pick whichever word you think fits your character best. Google image is your friend on this one.

Standard physical health: How healthy are they normally?

Current physical health: Do they currently have any illnesses, injuries, or diseases?

Blood type: A, AB, B, O, positive or negative... or maybe it's alien blood?

Fingerprint shape: Try this link for some ideas, as well as what some people believe different fingerprint shapes are associated with. You can also try google images for pictures with names.

Eye color(s): Be creative with this one! Who hasn't heard gemstones used over and over and over for eye color? I for one am getting a little bored of it. Try googling the base color of their eyes + "synonyms" (blue synonyms, green synonyms, etc). Or, if you're feeling even braver, try branching out a bit ("fruits that are dark green", or "names for different shades of wood").

MBTI type (and shadow type): See here for the MBTI Test, and then for the shadow type just switch the first and last letters. For example, if you came up with ENTP, their shadow type (the type that they act like under stress) would be INTJ. If they came up ISTP, their shadow type would be ESTJ, so on and so forth.

MBTI functions (and shadow functions): For this one, just go here and click on the tab for the correct personality type. In the yellow column "PROCESS" you're looking at each of those in order. The first four are the functions, the last four are the shadow functions (the functions under stress, the functions of their shadow type). For example, an INTJ would have, in order, Introverted Intuiting (Ni), Extraverted Thinking (Te), Introverted Feeling (Fi), Extraverted Sensing (Se). This is followed by the shadow functions of the INTJ, which is the same as the primary functions of an ENTP: Ne, Ti, Fe, Si (the order of the thinking, feeling, sensing, and intuiting stays the same, but it goes opposite from extroverted/introverted)

Default emotion: Basically what it sounds like - at any given moment, what are they most likely to be feeling? Not in a particularly bad or good day, but a status quo day.

Default attitude towards strangers: again what it sounds like - if a stranger walked up to them and said hi, out of nowhere, or if they had to talk to a stranger to get help with something, or any other interaction with a strange person.

Awareness of fourth wall: Just how much do they know about you and the fact that they're part of a story? ;)
