i just want you all to have the opportunity to send a free card to a patient from st jude's! of course, you don't have to, but i just thought it would be nice to give you all a chance to spread some love!

just know that they do ask for your name and email! if you feel uncomfortable disclosing your name, you can most definitely use your initials! also, i don't think you have to use birth name either.
