I found these comments and one of them are mine explaining where this comes from.
And this is not in any way meant to push a diagnosis on these characters. All of this is only theories and everyone’s opinion is valid. We will never know what’s true and having your own headcanons and discuss them are just fun.
I have several times seen ideas that Marvin are neurodivergent, some proof being his giddy seizures, being a reaction to change, a way to react when he’s confused or anything really.
Also when he struggles a lot with change and to not having to deal with change so he forces Whizzer into a role he is familiar with.
He also shows absolutely no interest in things he doesn’t enjoy and very audibly express his opinion.
Also if any of these comments belong to you and you don’t want them to be used in this post please tell me so and I will remove them!

Also, ASD is the same thing as Autism, as ASD means "Autism Spectrum Disorder"

I'm personally not sure yet if I'm on the spectrum or not (currently undergoing testing), and I agree, I love discussing these things.
