Meowdy gamers, as per Your God's request I decided to make a solid tutorial on how to make the nuka caps!

What you'll need

Step 1: Paint the caps

I used a mix of blue paint and black paint to make a darkish blue colour then evenly coated the cap. I use the tip of my brush to smooth out any brush strokes, and make sure it gets into ever crevice. Once you've painted it once let it dry (about 5 mins). To get the desired opacity you'll probably have to do a few coats.

After 3 to 4 layers

Step 2: Cut label

While you're waiting for the paint to dry you can go ahead and cut out your cap prints. Dont be afraid to go slow and take it easy, and dont trim off too much. Just make sure there is no white paper left around the edge.

Step 3: Glue on prints

Once you've cut the prints you can open your mod podge and use A DIFFERENT BRUSH to apply a thin layer over the top (a little goes a long way with mod podge). Carefully place your print and press it firmly with your thumb, using the brush to help press it into any dents in your cap. Once this is done you can apply a small bit of mod podge to finish it.

Step 4: Dirty/Aged caps

I used the metallic silver and used a spiky dry brush to gently and lightly brush random places over the cap. Try not to be too heavy handed as it will create large splotches instead of scratches/knicks. I waited for that to dry before proceeding to mix the brown.

I mostly used the dark brown paint from the paint pen to mix a little with the light brown and a smidge of yellow. I used this with the same dry brush method to brush on paint. I also occasionally used my finger to rub it in and make it look more realistic.

Step 5: Apply final layer

Once its painted add a final layer of mod podge on the cap. Make sure its evenly coated and get into every nook and cranny. After that let it dry and its complete!
