Why didn’t you just make Apples chat the official one?

yes, newbies will gravitate to the community bar, while vets and any others will go to the help desk, newbies too :)

That doesn’t really make any sense at all. Newbies would gravitate towards the help chat first and foremost. Especially if it’s the only chat featured in the main menu.
But when you have three chats, one “community” another community and then a help chat, then people would have a lesser idea as to where to ask for help.
This whole idea seems like it wasn’t entirely thought trough, and that the actual community wasn’t involved at all in the process. Maybe it’s time to involve the community in what should be done?
