So I reinstalled fallout 4 from my Xbox and made a new game and this keeps on happening the pip-boy won't show after I left the vault if someone can help me that will be fine thank you .

i would install the pip pad,and if you dont like the mod then uninstall it normally and it may work,although you mah have to keep the pip pad

If you have pipboy mods then uninstall them they can do that
