[Reader, I suggest reading "Can You Save Him" chapter's six because they're major time skips and spoilers in this chapter. Both stories follow a specific timeline.]

"Give me your best shot," I said, and Yaru's lust for my blood began.

I wasn't expecting myself to have a physical fight with her - not even the slightest. Even though I was not her, I could feel Yaru's heartbeat increase from every bruise she painted on my body. I could tell that she was trying to hide who she actually was - a "friend" who was actually waiting for my downfall, and wanting to see me greet Death with regret.

Before I knew it, the blue lockers were covered with crimson. Harshly, Yaru's medium-length, hot pink nails dug into my soft skin. Blood was endlessly leaking out, and I quickly kicked her right in the stomach. Standing back up, I spun around and, with all of my remaining strength, determination, and energy, kicked her on the side. Her body slammed right in the lockers.

I could sense her lust for my own blood fading away. The fiery enrage in her dark blue eyes was growing dull, and they looked so empty, like a glass vase - which I will never fill with flowers. Her strength was weakening by the ing minute. All of that malicious determination pumping in her veins was going to come to a complete stop soon, and I would win this bloody battle.

"Do you know how it feels to see you lose a battle like this?" I questioned, walking closer to her menacingly. My hand slammed right near her face, causing her to flinch violently. Choi Yaru, the Queen of Muyell, was afraid of me. She wasn't even looking at me in the eye.

I smiled in the most cruel, yet softest way anyone could imagine me smiling. It was completely different from my bright smile. Instead, this smile was shaded by so much darkness to the point someone could mistake it for midnight herself!

"Choi Yaru is so scared," I mocked in a teasing, soft voice. "She's so scared of me, Lee YeonRa. The girl who's possibly still crowned a loser, despite my given title. The girl who barely speaks to anyone. The girl who --"

I struck her deep there, because she gripped onto my shoulders and shoved me in the lockers. My head collided with the hard metal first, and brief pain consumed me. I went down to the marble floor, clutching my injured arm. Choi Yaru glared at me with all of her might. I ignored her.

"You... It's all your fault," Yaru spat. "You just had to follow your heart."

I was about to snap something back, but then I noticed a male figure a few feet away from Yaru and me. His eyes looked very shocked from all the blood staining the lockers.

Glaring, I hissed, "Yixing. Get out of here now."

Yixing, surprisingly, glared right back at me. "No. You literally have more bruises than I do," he pointed out.

"Does it look like I care?" I said.

Turning her head around, Yaru looked at Yixing, smirking darkly. "Well. It's you.The guy who ruined everything for me."

"No, I didn't. Stop lying," Yixing casually denied the lie, his eyebrow raised.

My bubbling anger took over, and my voice seethed, "You know what..."

I bolted over to Yaru, hoisting her up by the collar, and slammed her against the lockers. I could hear her own bones cracking as she let out a high-pitched yelp. She responded by striking me right in the right eye. I dodged another punch, and releasing her, struck her right on the cheek. While Yaru was fazed, I pondered for a few seconds before turning my attention to the students of Muyell.

"Listen here," I started, "Yaru is a liar. Yixing is not the one doing drugs and drinking. It was your so-called Queen. Every single one of you idiots have been fooled."

"N-No! She's lying!" Yaru screamed, plastering on an artificial, hysterical smile and demanding, "She's the one beating me to a pulp! Stop her!"

The students suddenly stopped recording the fight to converse with each other. Once in a while, they would glare at either me or Yaru, nod their heads, and maliciously grin. This deep conversation took a span of twenty minutes before all went silent.

For the first time in a while, I was not being glared at. Choi Yaru was, and she was not accepting it very well. In the end, the students believed me.

"You almost ruined my reputation," I said, lifting her off the ground, then reminded her, "The students here know that I never lie."

As a response, Yaru shrieked, "YOU'RE A TRAITOR! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS!"

From the corner of my eye, I could see tears dripping down Yixing's face. He said, in the most gentle-like voice, "You blamed everything on me for your sake. I hate you so much."

Before I could say anything, Yaru kicked me in the stomach, sending me flying and slamming right in the locker. With my back pressed against the cold lockers, I unwillingly slid down, feeling blood painting my left cheek like it was a canvas. Pain shot up my spine, temporarily disabling the ability to move. Dizziness clouded my brain. It felt like I was being transported to another dimension.

Her chaotic, bloodthirsty laughter echoed through my ears, mocking me. I was unable to see anything, due to sudden blurriness blocking my sight, so I couldn't see where she was at. My heartbeat was lowering, and the world was spinning, but I still remained conscious.

"You had to! Why did you have to exist!"

"If it weren't for you, I'd still have my reputation! She'd still be my friend!"

For a second, I thought those words were coming from the black-hearted voices in my head. I was about to let out a scream, when I

realized that it was not them. In fact, it was that familiar voice - one tainted with malice.

Choi Yaru.

Shaking my head, the blur blocking my eyesight faded away. I turned my head, and saw that she was inches away from Yixing. At first, I saw a gleam of metal. Horror struck me once I realized what the object Yaru was holding was - a bloody metal bat that either Kai or Sehun accidentally dropped when they ran away.

"YIXING!" I shouted, but it was too late.

The metal collided with Yixing's skull, producing a loud cracking noise in the air. Dropping onto the floor, Yixing stared into space, then closed his eyes.

All the anger that I've tried to bury was starting to bubble through my pumping veins like a witch's cauldron. Oh, how I wanted to wrap my hands around her neck and watch the life fade away from her dark blue eyes. I wanted to see how she screams in pain and nobody does anything about it. I wanted to see a knife piercing her heart, and not give her a chance to repent of her malevolent sins.

Although my inner demons wanted me to wish those horrible things upon her, I knew I had to the better person. At a time like this, it's best not to fight back physically. Besides, I knew that I got lucky in the first fight Yaru and I had. If I know one thing, it's this.

The person who throws the second punch always gets caught, and the other goes free.

Right beside me was Luhan, whose eyes displayed worry, fury, and confusion. It was a sight, because he's the one to appear so calm and collected. Leaning in, I whispered something in his ear, and he understood.

In all honesty, I hate demanding others around. But, at the same time, I knew this is what I had to do. This would be better payback than attacking her. She'd no longer be the ruler of prisoners - she'll become a prisoner.

"Everybody!" Luhan shouted, quickly gaining undivided attention from the shocked crowd. "I'd advise you to stay calm, but we need to do something about this. I need a group of students to please detain Choi Yaru until the cops arrive. I want another group to search for her two friends. The rest of you will be witnesses to the court on her future trial. I'll be calling the cops, alright?"

Dividing the frightened teenagers into groups, Luhan gave everybody a knowing look before sending them off. Returning to my side, he stayed close by me. I was watching one of the groups surround Yaru as she kept shouting demands at them. Of course, nobody listened - she was one of them now, a normal student. Yaru is no longer the Queen of Muyell.

I smiled to myself, then said, "Hey Luhan?"

"Yeah?" he responded in a soft voice.

I went silent. I don't think this is the right time to say what I was about to say. He's already worried enough about my mental and psychical state.

Shaking my head, I said, "Nevermind, Luxi. It's nothing."

...

I hope Yixing will be okay.
