I'm just going to say it. The fandom war between some EXO-Ls and ARMYs is stupid and immature. I am a fellow ARMY and EXO-L and to see some of the stuff that is said about the others group is stupid and some are just plain out awful and hurtful. These are my thoughts on the plagiarism topic and just the fandom war in general.
1. Chanyeol produced that song back in 2015 before Yoongi
Yes, it may suprise you I know, but Chanyeol did produce his song before 'First Love'. Both artists worked so hard on these pieces of art and both deserve a lot of love. Chanyeol and Yoongi both cry when performing this song because it means so much to them. Just because one song sounds "familiar" don't automatically assume that the artist plagiarized the other's song, there is always inspiration behind songs.
2. Yoongi and Chanyeol Don't Hate Each Other
I know, shocking again, but it's true. at an award show when Yoongi hugged Chanyeol so tight that it went kind of viral? Both artists are ive of the other's work and respect each other so much, so why can't we do the same? Bickering about the other and assuming things that aren't true just makes us look childish and it needs to stop.
3. STOP ATTACKING OTHER FANS AND !!!!
This is a huge topic especially with what is going on now. I'm not saying it's one fandom, it's both fans in BTS and EXO. I attached some comments from Chanyeol's instagram along with explaining the situation behind them just showing how stupid and hurtful this stuff can be.

when Kai's father ed away? I've seen people talking shit about not only Kai, but his father. (Pictures are also attached below. I left the name so you can report the if it's still up so this can stop.) Many ARMYs were making fun of the situation and making jokes that his father ed which is one of the worst and most sickening things someone can do.
4. Stop Giving Multifandom Fans Shit Just For Liking Other Groups
I am a multifandom fan who loves many other groups, not just EXO or BTS. I also love IKON, Got7, Blackpink, Seventeen, Pentagon, Stray Kids, etc. It's okay to love other groups. You don't have to stan just one and if anyone else tells you other wise they're obviously wrong. You don't see Yoongi playing just BTS songs or Chanyeol playing just EXO songs, they listen to other artists as well and I don't see anyone saying anything about it.
Conclusion
I apologize on behalf of ARMYs. Everyone's behavior giving EXO shit and their fans is just disgusting to me. I also apologize to any innocent ARMYs if any "fans" of EXO went and attacked you for liking BTS. Same goes for any EXO-Ls, if anyone attacked you just for liking them, I deeply apologize on our behalf. If this gets any hate for me ing both groups, I honestly don't care. I love and both of them so much and I listen to one group just as much as the other. I've been told that I'm only defending Chanyeol because me and him share a birthday. (Which makes no sense that has nothing to do with my opinion but you do you I guess.) If you don't like EXO or vise virsa, please keep your thoughts to yourself and don't attack other fans or the . If you are a real fan of your group then you shouldn't attack others. How do you think your idols would feel if they saw what you were saying? The things that are said (and shown in the pictures) are truly just disgusting and heartbreaking. I wish we could all just get along and accept that there are some fans who like to listen to other groups as well. Chanyeol is not the type of person to completely copy someone's work. He is his own person who does his own things. Yoongi is also a very talented artist and I love and respect the both of them. I believe they both deserve everything that they have earned so far and so much more. I love them both, and I just hope that someday we all can just get along

Finally another who fucken agrees with what I thought about this whole bullshit too. Both fandoms need to stop, I've already posting about this shit too and I think we all need to just get together to stop all these little children from causing more wars among all fandoms.
Btw just cuz you are also ARMY doesn't mean you NEED to apologize on the behalf of ALL those immature idiots. They do not deserve you or BTS as a whole. They most definitely do not deserve for you to waste your breath on apologizing time and time again for THEIR actions, that is only giving them the satisfaction and the need to continue to do what they been doing. Is basically a ticket out of trouble cuz they know all of you who keep saying things on their behalf will always be there for them, is their "safe zone" and they take it as permission to do all this hate. So again don't apologize for things you did not do or caused.
If only both EXO & BTS knew exactly what all these so called "fans" are doing to each other, I'm sure they both come out together to out all of us in our place and quite frankly I think they been delaying it for far too long.

The twitter is actually still up. This person is not a true fan and I think needs to be removed from social media. Saying your opinion is fine, but when it comes to offending people and tearing down others (Which is what this person is still doing) you just cross the line
I recommend reporting the . If you scroll through their page you can see they like to tear others down. I just saw a recent tweet made about Xiumin saying how no one cares about him. They need to be removed.

Honestly all kpop idols and I mean ALL of them need love and respect. They try so hard to please us their fans and that's how they choose to repay them?

Just this... This post is great. I have seen such crazy stuff from all kinds of fans that I don't even want to classify myself in any fandom. I love EXO and BTS and Got7 and many other bands you named. Why can't we all get along and when another group does well. Why is it not great news when they get an award in another country? Isn't that just groundbreaking and mean that our fave can come overseas and do more? Doesn't BTS winning american awards mean that EXO will get more recognition in the states soon and then we will soon see their merch and albums instead of being scammed from terrible sites online? I know I cannot wait for that day! I buy every kpop band tee shirt I see in any retail store here in hopes that they will start carrying more!
I 100% agree. It's not just BTS winning awards overseas. Jackson from Got7 won a Teen Choice award only a few months ago and you see many kpop groups going on American magazines and interviews (Ex: Billboard, Buzzfeed, Vogue, etc.) I just hope someday we all can just get along.
