Dude.....Exolution!!

• ʏᴏ ᴡʜᴀᴛ's ᴜᴘ ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇ •

Yesterday night I wasn't feeling so good and a wonderful soul suggested to me that i could just...you know, watch an Exo concert to feel better. And who am I to reject a perfect idea like that?

That's why I watched Exolution in Japan last night for the twentieth or something time. I haven't watched it in a while though, so I was very happy to be fully submerged in all its wonders.

I decided to write this blog to highlight some very important points Exo made with Exolution in Japan. VERY IMPORTANT! Also just me fangirling but what's new? Have fun!!

         》⋇《Even though the black shirts from

          Exo'rdium will always be my favourite,

          their outfits during this tour were just

          breathtaking and iconic!!

         》⋇《Minseok. Minseok with bright

          pink hair, glitter eyeshadow, the cutest,

          sweetest angel voice in the world wearing

          sleeveless shirts to show of his

          (murderous) guns and non stop hip

          thrusting the very life out of the songs

          is definitely the definition of "duality".

         》⋇《"El Dorado" is such a banger! Blows

          me away every fricking time.

         》⋇《Kyungsoo was smiling SO MUCH

          in this, my heart almost couldn't take it :tired_face:

          Such a handsome, playful and energetic

          Squish! Big fat yes to his undercur too!!

         》⋇《We definitely need water-dance

          stages again with the dance line

          beautifully writhing their ethereal,

          sparsely clad bodies in puddles or rain

          showers. Who wants to sign my petition?

         》⋇《What we also very much need is

          Jongdae with blue lenses again.

          Pleeeeeeeease!!

         》⋇《Ok people hear me out! The coffee

          fairy (??) stage (you know, the one with

          the striped shirts, red hats and big

          play-cutlery) is probably the most

          adorable and heartwarming stage in all of

          the tours and it almost gave me diabetes.

          Instead of pushing it over the top cringely

          (like the music fairies in Exo'rdium

          *cough*) they act naturally, authentically

          cute and playful and AHHHHHHHHH my

          heartu cannot take those fucking uwu

          thingies :broken_heart:

         》⋇《I am so glad Sehun got more lines

          in the course of the years. He almost

          didn't sing/ rap anything during the

          concert which is super sad. You would

          assume he was only hired as (very

          convincing and mouth watering) eye

          candy~

         》⋇《Here it comes, you have all waited

          for it: Baekhyun. Byun freaking soft pink

          haired Baekhyun made it his mission to

          be absolutely, perfectly adorable in every

          damn second of this whole concert. The

          amount of times I just wanted to squish

          his whole freaking face exceeds anything

          humanly possible. In my opinion this is

          the cutest he has been in all of the

          concerts (that have been captured on

          dvd).

         》⋇《Vocal line snapped so hard, they

          were all in top notch condition during that

          concert. Ears have been blessed ♡

         》⋇《My stupid brain is tragically used to

          not seeing Yixing around, so I only

          noticed he technically SHOULD be on this

          stage during the coffee thingie VCR

          (which was the only one that I didn't skip

          cause my heart couldn't possibly not

          watch that). I feel very disappointed in

          myself and have "punished" myself

          already by watching "Exo loves Lay"

          compilations.

         》⋇《Baekhyun forgetting all his prepared

          japanese ments, adding once again to

          the mile long essay of "Why Byun

          Baekhyun is the cutest human being

          on earth".

         》⋇《Their playfulness is beyond

          compare and I have never had such

          strong urges to boop the noses of several

          adult men and grin my ass off watching

          them have fun.

         》⋇《Minseok and Chanyeol hyping the

          crowd. That's it. Doesn't need more

          explaining.

         》⋇《We are so blessed by having a stage

          for "Machine"!!! That song is purely

          amazing and it is so much fun to see

          them perform it during the EDM section!!

         》⋇《I miss Jongin and Minseok rapping.

          Of course, their singing is amazing and I

          wouldn't miss it for the world!! But them

          rapping just gives a whole other energy/

          atmosphere. Luckily, Jongin had some

          more rap lines in their latest album and I

          also saw him perform "Confession" live

          which, ok tbh murdered me and it's

          probably a good thing he doesn't do that

          TOO often but yeah...What was my point

          again? Oh yeah! Jongin and Minseok

          rapping, please!

         》⋇《"Run" will forever be that one song

          that never fails to bring the atmosphere

          to the max! It is PERFECT at the end of

          the concert and is definitely one of my

          favourites during all of the tours ♡

         》⋇《One of the best - if not THE best -

          performances of "Drop That". Crazy high

          energy levels, Minseok with a Santa hat,

          Kyungsoo being playful in his vocals,

          Baek totally snapping vocally and also

          giving us that famous slide for the very

          first time, Jongdae blowing heads off

          with his breathtaking voice and

          Junmyeon dropping ( :smirk: ) off his jacket to

          showcase his honey-abs. What could be

          better?

         》⋇《THE DUBSTEP INTRO LIVE :sob: :sob: :sob:

          I love that sooooo much and it's a shame

          we only saw it not even a handful of

          times and it's soooo short :(((

          》⋇《The brass-remix version of "Growl"

          :ok_hand: 🏼 and Kyungsoo being an absolute cutie

          during the bridge 🥺 :sob:

         》⋇《Exo performing "Promise" live as

          encore at the end of 2015 is the saddest

          and most touching thing ever. Did I cry?

          Maybe. Ok yes I totally bawled my eyes

          out, especially after hearing how tear

          filled Jongin's voice was...

         》⋇《Baekhyun's "do re mi fa so la

          xi-u-min~" 🤯🤯 (+ Minseok's expression

          afterwards contemplating whether to be

          impressed or to hit him hahahahaha)

         》⋇《Jongin blissfully and emotionally

          dancing on his own to "Angel" after he

          cried for the last twenty minutes :two_hearts:

         》⋇《Exo being the best and most

          breathtaking musical group that I have

          ever known.
