ist of the Month" is not easy. This is

why we   have specific   qualities   we

look for when   choosing. These are:

° ᵐᵒˢᵗ ᶠᵉᵃᵗᵘʳᵉᵈ   ° ᶜʳᵉᵃᵗⁱᵛⁱᵗʸ   ° ˢᵗʸˡᵉ

° ᵉˣᵉᶜᵘᵗⁱᵒⁿ   ° ᵒʳⁱᵍⁱⁿᵃˡⁱᵗʸ   ° ⁱⁿˢᵖⁱʳᵃᵗⁱᵒⁿ

Additionally, a winner of   AOTM   will

only be considered for the title again

after 6 months but they can still get a

honourable mention before then. This

measure is taken to make sure that

the same people don't win all the time.
