“Oh, h-hello!” I stuttered. Oh my fairy godmother, she was gorgeous. Literally the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen.
Her platinum blonde hair was streaked with baby blue, and her tan skin contrasted with it beautifully.
The girl smiled. “Are you new here?”
I smiled nervously. “Yeah, I’m actually Briar Beauty’s sister. I’m a first year though,” I explained.
The girl gave a little smile. “I know Briar. I sit with her at lunch, and as a fellow princess, we have a lot of classes together.”
“You’re a princess?” I questioned. “What’s your story?”
The princess hesitated. “It’s a little strange. I’m actually a princess in the Charming family. My fairytale is ‘The Charming Princess’”, she said with finger quotes.
“Wow, interesting,” I ired. “Oh! Sorry, I’m being rude. What was your name?” I asked politely, though I think I know already.
“Darling Charming. And yours?”
I told her.
“It’s nice to meet you! How did you end up at Ever After High? You don’t have a destiny.”
I blushed. “My parents basically bribed the heaster with donations. They really wanted me to be with my sister, since she’s supposedly a good influence and a perfect princess. Little do they know she does hextreme sports,” you laughed.
Darling looked almost scandalized. “Hextreme sports? That’s not appropriate for a princess.”
I turned red. I didn’t want to put your sister in a position where she was criticized. “I know, you’re right. But don’t tell the heaster, please? I don’t want it to get to my parents.”
Darling touched my hand, and goosebumps shivered up my arms. “Of course I won’t. Though I don’t approve, it’s not my place to say.” She smiled gently. “So, do you know where you’re supposed to go?”
I nodded. “The istration Office, to meet with Heaster Grimm. I need to meet my advisor and get my schedule. Oh, do you know who my advisor is?”
“Well, since you’re a princess, you have Mrs. Her Majesty the White Queen. She’s nice, but a bit… strange. She’s from Wonderland, after all. Do you want me to walk you there?”
I smiled. “Yes, please!”
“Spelltacular!” She led the way. By the time we byed Ms. Trollsworth’s desk and met with the heaster, I was almost out of breath. The campus was huge!
“Ms. Beauty,” the heaster cleared his throat. “Since you do not have a destiny, you will be able to choose your schedule, aside from required classes such as Science and Sorcery and Grimmnastics,” he looked as though he disapproved of this. Maybe he disapproved of me? I gulped and tried to be polite.
“Yes, sir. Can I choose now?”
“Yes, you may.” He hands you a list of options for classes.
