                   hey stars. just a quick update to

                   keep things clear and fun for everyone.

                   thank you for all the you’ve

                   been sharing — we’re always listening

                   and adapting to make étoile a space

                  that s your creativity.

                  we’ve noticed things have been a little

                   quieter lately when it comes to

                   interactions — less likes, comments,

                   and back-and-forths between ’

                   content. we totally understand life gets

                  busy, and everyone works at their

                   own pace, but we just wanted to gently

                   encourage everyone to show a little

                   more love when you can. a simple like,

                   a short comment, or even a reaction

                   sticker can really go a long way in

                   making someone feel seen and

                   appreciated.

                  we’re all here because we love

                   creating and sharing, and engagement

                   is a huge part of what makes this

                   place feel alive. so whether it’s

                   someone’s teaser drop, debut post,

                   vlive, or even a cute selfie edit — if you

                   enjoy it, let them know ♡ let’s hype

                   each other up !

                  rule removal for debuts & cbs

                  after trying out the one-day buffer

                   system, we noticed that many

                   were struggling to find available

                   dates for their debuts or comebacks.

                   while the buffer was introduced with

                   the intention of letting each release

                   shine, we also understand that it

                   ended up feeling more restrictive than

                   helpful. so we’re removing the

                   1-day buffer. from now on, there’s

                   no enforced gap between bookings.

                   we trust that you’ll continue to be

                   mindful of what’s already scheduled,

                  and we encourage spreading things

                   out when possible so everyone’s

                   work gets the spotlight it deserves.

                  𖥻 psa   ˒   temping guidelines ﹏ ✦

                  faceclaim temp rules

                  to make temping smoother and less

                   confusing, we’ve added a few small

                   rules:

                  + after your temp ends, please wait

                   1 week before temping again

                  + the temp form now includes a

                   “when will your temp end?” section

                   (can temp for max 1 week)

                  + we’ll be keeping a pinned temp

                   list at the staff desk so everyone can

                   check easily

                  + multiple people can temp as the

                   same fc — but if someone already

                   claims that fc permanently, it’s up

                   to them whether they’re okay with

                   the temp or not. always ask first and

                   be respectful

                  + if you begin temping an fc before it

                  is claimed, you way complete the

                   remainder of your temp without having

                  to ask for permission

                  clarifications & tips

                  so we have noticed there have been

                   some confusion regarding the

                   roleplay rules. so we want to add onto

                   this PSA to clarify any misunderstandings

                  for older :

                  + if you ed the comm and were

                   active before april 1st you have until

                   may 1st to rp. once you complete this rp,

                   you’ll have a month to rp from the

                   date you previously did. for example,

                   if you ed the comm before april

                   1st and you rped on april 15th, then

                   you will have until may 15th to rp again.

                  for new :

                  + anyone who ed after april 1st (or

                   the first of every month) has a

                   whole month to rp from the day they

                   ed. say i ed april 23rd , i have

                   until may 23rd to rp.

                   fc changes/returning :

                  + if you change fcs or are a returning

                   member, it still depends on whether you                    

                   ed before/after the 1st of every

                   month to determine when you

                   would need to roleplay. changing fcs

                   does reset your roleplay req and will

                   give you a month from the day

                   you changed fcs to complete the rp

                   requirement.

                  cupsleeves, fansigns, concerts & vlives

                  these are some of the most fun and

                   fan-centered parts of idol life, so we

                   want to make sure they feel immersive

                   and exciting here in étoile. here’s how

                   we’ll be handling them from now on:

                  cupsleeves !!

                  cupsleeve events don’t need to be

                   booked — they’re considered casual,

                   fan-led celebrations. these can be

                   hosted by fans, friends, or the idols

                   themselves, and can range from a

                   sweet café aesthetic to something

                   over-the-top and chaotic (we

                   both hehe). feel free to include

                  photo booths, limited edition merch,

                   or even mystery giveaways. if you’re

                   hosting one, you can post a flyer or

                   invite in the announcements chat ahead

                   of the event. you may also decorate the

                   cupsleeve chat following your party

                   theme before the event starts !

                   fansigns !!

                  fansigns must be booked ahead like

                   other official schedules. to make them

                   special, here’s how fansigns in étoile

                   work:

                  + idols will be g their own

                   album or poster images, which

                   can be ed from fan to fan in

                  the chat (or among if it’s a

                   group g).

                  + if it’s a group, you can the

                   image down the lineup, so the fan

                   ends up with a fully “signed”

                  collectible — just like in real life.

                  + fans can also bring gifts, letters,

                   or questions to interact with the

                   artist, and the artist can respond in

                   character.

                  + a special twist (optional): each

                   fansign can have a “theme”

                       — cozy pjs, retro diner, cherry

                       blossom picnic — you name it

                       are encouraged to match

                        the theme with their outfits !

                  concerts !!

                  concerts must also be booked in

                   advance. they can be traditional

                   concerts or more experimental

                       — rooftop performances, secret

                        warehouse shows, intimate acoustic

                        nights.

                       — will be held in the étoile arena

                  + you can drop a planned setlist

                   before or during the event, include

                   little artist comments between songs,

                   have games of challenges the artist

                   completes, or even have surprise

                   collabs with other idols.

                  + fans attending can post their outfits,

                   lightstick colors, banners, or favorite

                   lyric moments

                  + don’t forget post-concert backstage

                   content — interactions between

                   , behind-the-scenes

                   moments, and more

                  vlives !!

                  vlives must be booked and are

                   considered official content. they’re

                   your space to casually connect

                   with fans and will be held here:

                  + q&a sessions, cooking streams,

                   mukbangs, getting ready before

                   events, or reacting to past

                   performances, you name it

                  + artists can use vlives to tease

                   comebacks, hint at future

                   collabs, or just talk about their day

                  + fans can “chat” live in replies and

                   the artist can respond directly —

                   feel free to even include accidental

                   spoilers, chaotic technical difficulties,

                   or surprise drop-ins from group
