Yesterday I had a ride/Lesson :heartpulse:

Yesterday I had a lesson! The first one in 5 months! I couldn't ride for 5 months because I needed to be cleared. I had to get surgery for my shoulder. A had a labrum tear type 2, I chipped a bone, and some other bad stuff.

For my ride: IT WAS AMAZING! Even though I could only do walk and trot. But, I just have to do baby steps! When I got into the saddle, my anxiety went really high because I was having these "what if..." Scenarios. But, I just knew what to do. When I got on the saddle, it felt like I was never gone. I missed the barn a lot but it was great to be on a horse again.
