❖We didn’t realize I had a lesson today, as my trainer that usually does it was out of town, but my other trainer texted that I had a lesson with her instead, so we went to the barn unexpectedly :joy: . When we got there, I tacked Cade up and brought him to the arena.

❖We started with a walk/trot warm up, then went to cantering circles. We did lead changes, spins, and circles throughout the whole lesson. We worked on going faster, as he can be lazy. Overall, he was really good!

❖Once I was done, I walked him out in the arena, then brought him back to his stall to untack. Then I brought him over to my instructor so she could give him a bridle path since he has a lot of mane. I hosed him off after, then walked him back to his stall. I realized Rio was in Cade’s stall since they were redoing his fans, so I stood Cade in front of the fan for a couple of minutes. Once we were done, I gave all the horses treats and left for the day.
