Project 26 | riding gear

I was looking through my stuff for this prompt and stumbled upon what I used when I started riding, two years ago. So I decided to turn this post into almost a transformation post of what I had then versus now.

Then I had a pair of brown riding boots which I have destroyed. I walked through them on a long trip once so that was fun.

I actually got a new helmet for riding camp that year when I started riding. I am really happy with it but I don't the brand, but if anyone knows it please tell me.

We found some pants made of kinda the same material as most riding breeches but without the extra grip of the rubber.

And lastly we actually had a pretty old safety vest that was barely allowed by the riding school.

Now I have the same helmet as before, it still fits and does it's job well enough, it hasn't lost it's shine at all, maybe a little scratched and dusty but other than that it still looks good.

[CmI got a new safety vest a year ago because my sister started riding and then we wouldn't have to share and also because the old one was uncomfortable. Which makes sense as it is literally just two plates. It has really helped a couple of times even when I wasn't doing anything but a calm trail ride or dressage.

I finally got some gloves and a new pair of breeches along with some riding/working boots.
