Pre-farrier Struggles. (Catching Bishop)

Yesterday the farrier came to trim Bishop's feet.

Well.

A lot of you may not know this, but Bishop is a PAIN to lead out of a field that has other horses in it.

So.

I went out to him AN HOUR EARLY. And took lots of videos of my struggles.

At this time I was an hour early. SO!! I took off Bishop's lead rope and did the magic don't-look-at-the-horse-as-you-approach trick and caught Oaky with my extra halter.

I did dearly hope I wouldn't break a bone, because this was only my second time riding Oaky bareback in that field, soooooooooo. I just hoped that I wouldn't die.

There was hay over there so I hoped that Hoss and Oaky would stick around while Bishop was having his hooves trimmed. This was so that he wouldn't get too antsy.

Well... we were still half an hour early.... so that ment we were very bored.

By this point, Hoss and Oaky were already leaving. But luckily, Bishop didn't seem to notice!!!!! :smile: :smile: :smile:

That that concludes my struggles. We did wait half an hour, but thats ok! I didn't break a bone! I didn't die! All positives!
