An update and Magic and Tiny

If you read my last post, you would know that Nan has kicked my Pop off the property and Magic and Tiny we’re still there.

A few days ago we were finally able to get them. We went and loaded them on the float and they are now staying at the arena down the road. And I got to say a proper goodbye to Stardancer

Magic’s hood is completely healed and I gave her a little ride bareback yesterday. Both horses are looking well. We were worried my Nan wouldn’t have been feeding them, but they look well fed and in good condition.

We’re planning on doing a bit of work with them and sell them. Pop is too old to be taking care of horses and I can’t afford to take care of two horses, so for me it was either I keep Magic or Moonlight, so the choice was Moonlight because she’s my heart horse. It was a bit of a sad decision to make, because I do really like Magic, but at least I have a while before we put her up for sale and we’re going to find her a great home.

I think we’ve already found a home for Tiny. My friends mum is wanting to get back into riding and wants her own horse. We suggested Tiny and she’s going to talk to her husband and my friends sister may also want to share her.

In a couple days I’m going to give Magic a proper ride in the arena and give her a bit of work and see how she’s going.
