introduction

hey there stranger! i’m new here and decided i wanted to introduce myself. i am a working student at an all around barn, where my trainer boards her five horses, with an additional horse belonging to one of her other students.

this was soooo smooth to me :relaxed:

i have been riding for seven years consistently, starting with my current trainer approximately a year ago. i began learning western riding before switching to english and another barn in about 2016. my goal is to become an eventer, even though i haven’t been jumping all that long or that high. we’re working on it to say the least!

i was so happy he landed on the correct lead :v:

over the years i have ridden many horses, but some of the best are certainly at my current barn. the horse i’m on in the videos is named patrick. he is a nine year old quarter horse gelding, and my partner in crime. he is an all around horse and is rarely ridden by other lesson kids, as he is rather opinionated and too strong for them.

the end was a bit rough but that’s okay :relieved:

that’s about all i have to say! also, in the videos, that is my very first course and i did jump higher that day, it was just to get in the swing of things. thanks for taking the time to read my post!
