Holly’s 10 BIRTHDAY!! :tada: :gift:

Holly just celebrated (well I celebrated, she didn’t really ahah :see_no_evil: ) her 10 birthday on the 19 or May!!! I honestly can’t believe she is 10 years old already! When I got her she was only 6 which blows my mind. I tried to make her birthday memorable as she did turn double digits :speak_no_evil:

To kick of the celebration I made Holly a cake! I literally just patted down her grain and put her oil on for decoration. Than I cut up 10 carrots for candles!!

I sang Happy Birthday to her while I gave her the cake. I personally think she enjoyed it🤪

While she was eating, I brushed her until she sparkled :sparkles: . Than I gave Holly her presents!!

First she got three homemade treats that she LOVES.

Than I gave her a new halter! I plan on using this halter when I do liberty, ground work,etc. as it is supposed to be better than a webbed one as it distributes pressure better.

I actually had this halter for like 4 years but never used it but let’s not tell Holly, thank you :kissing_smiling_eyes:

My mom was like “Holly probably doesn’t even it’s her birthday so why are you doing so much stuff for her?” And I was like “Well if she didn’t I just told her multiple times so.....” 🤓

Sometimes moms just don’t understand our love for horses🤷🏼‍♀

Than I went on a veryyy lazy trail ride with Holly🥴. Her walk was literally 1 mile a hour and trotting was a sTrUgGle. Loping... let’s not even go there lol.
