❥ Hey EA! How are y'all doing? I haven't posted in a hot minute I know :sweat_smile: :flushed: But I'm back at it and that's what matters! A few weeks ago I was scrolling through my mom's photo album on her laptop (mine was dead :skull: ) and found some old photos that brought back some great memories! So without further ado, let's take a trip down memory lane!

First Fall

When you look at this photo you wouldn't think I had just fallen off my horse in the middle of my peewee gymkhana class for the first time certain huh? Well, I did! 🤷🏼 :joy: The horsr I'm sitting on in the picture was my first ever horse Cleo, a flea bitten grey Arabian mare. My grandpa was leading me around the poles in my division when Cleo spooked and bucked. Little me cried a little bit but made grandma put me on and finish. :clap: 🏼 :clap: 🏼 :clap: 🏼 I ended up winning first in barrels and 3rd in poles and keyhole that day :sunglasses: 🥇🥉🥉

Discovering Dressage

This was taken back when I was like 9 years old and first finding out what dressage was really like, and not all the stuck up stuff little me had imagined in my head. 🤷🏼 My eq back then was absolutely gorgeous I know thank you :relieved: :raised_hands: 🏼

First Time Jumping 2'3

Once again, 9 year old me teamed up with the Saint of a horse Mac. Honestly, if I hadn't ridden that horse I would have never gotten anywhere. He was so patient :heart: :heart: This day my trainer decided it was time I tried a "big" jump. Little me basically gave her these looks :no_mouth: :hushed: :neutral_face: :flushed: :scream: :cold_sweat: :fearful: because it looked so big and scary to me! What my trainer told me I still to this day and it cracks me up "If you don't do it on your own I'll chase you and the horse over it with a lunge whip. Your choice" :joy: she was great

Pony in the office!? :scream:

Yep, we brought Ernie, my old barns halflinger, into the office one day. :joy: I'm not exactly sure what led up to that event, er just kinda did it tbh🤷🏼 :joy: He was a bit confused at first but soon after went on a mission to find any food laying around ahaha

First English Show

Im sure those who have known me long enough can Dude. Well I was actually supposed to ride him in this show but there was an incident with a tractor (long story :joy: ) and he freaked out so much he was not in the mindset to show. So the other English trainer lent me her mare she was going to show since our divisions and classes were at different times and I used her! Even though I was on a horse I'd never ridden before I still got away with firsts in all my classes! 🥇 :clap: 🏼 :clap: 🏼

Monsoon Season Sunset Ride

At this time I was about 7 years old and my trainer and I decided to go on a trail in the middle of Arizona's monsoon season 🌧🌩 When we were out there we found this little pond and decided to ride through it. My trainer thought it was absolutely gorgeous with that sunset and snapped a picture! :camera: I still that day very vividly and it's one of my favorite memories :heart:

Goodbye Ride

Right before my trainer in Arizona moved to New York some of my freinds that were also lessoning with her and I went out on a trail with her. This trail has a really funny story with it but that would be a whole post worth of explaining :joy: (comment if you'd like me to post about it :eyes: ) Of course my trainer and I were the only ones riding English because we liked being different haha! (You can see me on my baby boy Dude and my trainer was taking the picture)
