Epic's first Egg Hunt! :art: 🥚 [CLOSED]

The Scavenger Hunt is officially closed! A thank you to everyone who participated :purple_heart:

Hello Hello of Epic amino! The mods have something very special in store for you today :eyes: Our very first Easter Egg hunt!

I had the pleasure to assist Theo, who created the fun riddles, the plot,... It was a pleasure to help them out :relieved:

The event goes as followed:

• have a look at the riddles! Each one contains clues to a location on this amino, where a specific emoji will be hiding

• start scavenging for the emojis

• you can work in pairs or alone

• once you have collected them all, a leader! Tell them where you found each emoji or send a screenshot. You can also a leader once you found five, you can still win a prize.

• you will have officially finished the hunt and will be rewarded :eyes:

If you manage to find 5 of the ten emojis, you will get the title of "Legendary Hunter" (In a colour of your choice). If you manage to find all of them you can also get a custom made title in a colour of your choice🥳

Now let's have a look at those riddles shall we? :eyes:

As years had ed, Telemachus had long grown up with the grand stories of his father’s adventures. For so long, the young prince had begged for one of his own and now, it was finally time to give it.

Penelope worked tirelessly to create the perfect game for her son. And when he woke up the next morning, his excitement was palpable. Jumping up, the scavenger hunt began.

Found upon the paper clues, Telemachus skimmed all the Rules. They seemed easy enough to follow, though he knew nothing on the paper was written to be hollow. So there among the rules, he set his hunt to begin. :hatched_chick:

In finding the first he continued onward, the next set of clues being written as follows: “welcoming, informative, kind.” Three words alone that could’ve define but maybe understood by what they Describe. :rabbit:

The next clue seemed unclear, a hint that lead to his parents room. Telemachus searched high and low, but his findings remained unknown. The oversight seemed to drive him up a Wall, but still the prince refused to fall. :bouquet:

Eventually finding what he seeked, he decided a small break was what he needed. So off to the kitchen for a cool drink, he reached for some Ice to Break his fast. 🥚

The fifth clue was quite the query, for a Map of his kingdom was all he was given. Undeterred the child pushed on, determined to find whatever they had to hide. :art:

Continuing onward the next clue seemed no better, but it provided Waves of Information on one of the great leaders. For one of the gods must have something to do, whatever it was Telemachus continued to look through. :hatching_chick:

The next clue left him wondering, making him feel as though he had more Questions than Answers. But after a quick Chat with his mother, he managed to find exactly what he sought. :candy:

The eighth clue led him off to the Side, searching with determination for anything out of line. But everything seemed to align, each Category a perfect sign. But finally he found one misalign. :tulip:

Coming closer to the end, Telemachus was both proud and sad. But with determination he persevered, for the next two clues were revealed. A story was what he seeks, information on the Greeks.

Off to the library is where he went, to first find a story of a great. To look for the Biography of a great leader. One history would always . :rabbit2:

And the second one of a strong soldier, though maybe a bit Nuts, their story no less lengendary than others who came to . :baby_chick:

With that at last, all clues had been found. Telemachus had a grand adventure of his own. To him it felt legendary, and to him it felt true. His journey may not have faced monsters nor gods. But to him, he will always it as being Epic.
