Where is mcr now after their break up? Did they quit making music? Are they still around?

Good news Yes they are still around.

I made this wiki to the fans who don't have social media and don't know what's is going on with mcr. A few fans know what mcr is doing but others don't know about it. I will add some other stuff and details that even you might not know unless you see the interviews of their solo stuff. Here is some update for you people. Also my opinion of their music.

MCR are active they have their own projects.

Gerard Way

Most of the fans know what Gerard is doing.

But I'll tell you if you don't know what he is up to.

Comics/tv show:

Gerard made comics before mcr he even made comics during mcr you can see the umbrella academy first being born here.

So since his comics did well Gerard agreed to make a Netflix series about it.

Currently Gerard has finished making series 3 of the umbrella academy comics and currently they are filming season 2 of umbrella academy tv show. Gerard is busy working on all his comics and he is working on his tv show as well Gerard has many comic books. He has a comic book company called young animals which is with DC comics.

Music:

Gerard makes music still his voice changed a lot and his sound is different than the mcr stuff.

This came out I think 2014.

I'll list you my 2 fave Gerard songs and which is recent. His songs are really good if you didn't hear it.

And recently for umbrella academy (Gerard collab with Ray with this song)

This is a cover song from the 60s.

Gerard songs are more popular than the other band but still he needs to be known more since not every mcr member heard his stuff. Gerard is a busy man.

Frank Iero

Frank isn't dead everyone frank is alive he is active and a lot. He is the most active mcr member on social media. He posts everyday.

Music: frank made so many bands after mcr.

Like death spell,frank iero and the celebration,frank iero and the patience and Frank iero and the future violents (his current one) frank music is way different from everyone else music. He is the most hard core. He yells and have harder guitar stuff. It's like bullets mix with three Cheers but more guitar and yelling.

I like 5 frank songs I will list you. His songs to people are half good and half annoying because of his voice. Yes I felt that. People said it's annoying but in a good way. His song lyrics are really good and he is such a talented guitarist.

Yeah he is dark but I relate to the lyrics a lot.

Frank is touring a lot he is very active on all social medias. He is still touring now in Europe.

He updates about his life a lot.

He has many interviews more than any mcr member. So you can meet him in person and chat to him easily if you do go to his concerts just don't stalk him.

Mikey Way:

Music:

Mikey is in a band called electric century he is playing bass he isn't singing.

The sound of the band is electric rock. It's chill and uses computer sounds to create the electric but it's catchy.

Here is a good song of theirs I like.

They need to be known more since Gerard and Frank get the most attention and it sucks that mikeys band doesn't get the listens they should get. This was a few years ago so he might be still working on stuff.

Comics:

Yes mikey makes comics too and he is in the young animal comics with gerard.

Ray Toro:

Ray isn't that active but he did made stuff. He made a album.

Music:

Ray Toro music isn't that known it's sad because Ray's songs are amazing his voice is so beautiful he needs attention too.

Here is one I like a lot.

He did recently collab with Gerard making 2 songs with him (the song above and a cover song of a 70's song) rumor that he will collab with frank. I think ray helps out with Gerard in umbrella academy like mikey is doing.

Bob.

Bob is really private no one knows what Bob is doing all I know is Bob has a long beard and is married and has a daughter. He is a real estate manager.

Friends:

So is mcr still friends yes. Except Bob. But Frank talked about this (mcr talk is mostly hit to frank since he is interviews the most Gerard too but he isn't interview often)

They hang out in 2017 to see Frank's band.

Frank talked that they have a group chat. They interact a lot on instagram all the time you would go crazy (mostly frank,Gerard and mikey) they comment in each other stuff and like their stuff. They would reply to each other.

Proof:

Frank said that every year they have barbeques and they would bring their kids and chat about business. Which they did agree on the black parade annverty video but dangers day album annversy is soon frank said hey another reason to disappoint people (I freaking love him).

They are still friends and hang out. Frank does Gerard work he said to his daughter about the actor in her fave tv show is in Gerard tv show. He met the kid. One more thing Gerard was in the UK g comics and Frank was in the line for many hours just to see Gerard (cute right).The only time we can see mcr is when they have their solo stuff. You can go to Frank's concert to see him. Gerard he can sign your comics or if he does have a concert. Mikey and Ray if they are on tour. I will update this when anything new happens. You can find many interviews of frank that talks about mcr.
