Oldest daughter of Istimiel and Lithanar, Idhrenniel (also known as Nolmë) was born and raised in the elven realm of Lindon during the Second Age.
When she was young, she enjoyed watching her mother weave and sew threads into magnificent quilts and robes. She was fascinated by all the intricate designs and wanted to learn the craft. Together they spent long hours practising. Soon enough, she developed her own style and technique, and began selling her designs during various showcases and festivities.
When Maerwen was born, Idhrenniel was just as delighted about the newest addition to the family as her parents were. She took part in caring for and looking after her young sister. The two sisters spent much time together and as a result formed a strong bond that would last lifetimes.
In time, Idhrenniel married and had children of her own.
