♡Appearance♡

Standing at roughly 5'6, Jamil is an average built man with light freckled skin and green eyes. He has three long light silverish scars running in random lashes across his back. His hair is a messy (though brushed) dark ash brown that ties into a ponytail. He wears a light tan collared shirt that he keeps opened; brown pants tucked into redish brown boots, and often a dark green voluminous cape.

♡Personality♡

Jamil is flirty, greedy, and thinks highly of himself. He'll do pretty much anything for money, as long as it doesn't completely risk his life or reputation. He can be sneaky and cheaky. He has no issue with pick pocketing or swindling. As long as it isn't him being swindled or pickpockted. Though he can be an honest man when he wants, (mostly to get something out of it.) Jamil cracks jokes more often than none, though he tends to have a bit of a temper when frustrated or uses it as a defense when scared. He's deathly afraid of ghosts and spirits. He used to love cats until a certain grey cat, under the control of a Mind Flayer, got him and his party thrown in jail, tried to have him killed many times, and put a thrall spell on him. He no longer likes cats.

♡Backstory♡

(WIP. Told as Jamil speaking) "Well there isn't much to tell. My mother is a human florist in a small town, my father was a Lythari thief. He must of sense a bit of elven in her to actually be with her. Weird wolf birds and such. Anyway... they met in one of the most stereotypical romantic ways you hear in stories. They called my father 'The Star Thief' because of his freckles, where he comes from they are seen as stars on a person. Like I said my mother is a florist, and still is today. Never once thought about changing her job. Old shop her parents started together. Anyway, my father gave up his life of a thief when he met her. He picked up his old love of music as a new job while running the shop with her before having me. He taught me how to play music and I just fell in love with it." He chuckles slightly. "It was pretty funny when he found out I have a special gift with music"

The bard plucks a low note of his dulcimer.

"He taught me some of his old tricks too: How to pickpocket, how to charm for free goods, excetera excetera... little tricks, without my mother knowing of course. She doesn't want me to follow in his steps. Then some years go by and two guards appeared at our door... and my mother was suddenly arrested. She was taken away leaving my father and myself to care for the shop. I honestly have no idea if she's alive, rotting in jail or dead. I got to the age where I could leave and fend for myself and left to-"

He leans back, looking up as if waiting for the coversation to end.

"-do whatever I guess... I tried to find my mother to see if she's dead. Just to have some closer...but she's not. She's rotting in prison being totured for information...I'm not sure what kind of information a florist would have... Not really the closer I was looking for... But hey, you can still find that old flower shop in Elkhorn. It's owned by my father, he tries his best to keep it going. I'll stop by if I find myself in town or needing a place to lay low so he isn't that lonely. So I just do whatever, whoever, I want now."

Untold to Jamil, his mother was an assassin sent to kill his father for the small crimes and rebellions he started. Once she retired did the two actually meet as Jamil was told. His father had no idea and still doesn't know, of his wife's past intentions even after her being arrested.
