Holy Shit!!! Shit went down in the last two sessions of a wildfire campaign I play in. Our Barlock needs to kill his father. So me the Rogue Assassin uses my seedy underground connections for info on him, but the bitch wanted way more money then we had so I offered my location to the Hord/Assassin guild I ran way from/my crazy possessive ex wife for a reward. I also gave her my characters marriage braid to give to her as a fuck you.
So we find Diego's father's house who was waiting for us. And he also has the same patron as Diego too working both sides. His father mostly focuses on Diego and the fight isnt going great. Our Paladin comes in, towards the end doing some really good damage. But at the end of the battle after Diego pledged a life long service to his patron but so did his father and the life of his sister. Which Diego didnt know he had. The fight ends with Diego's patron taking his father away be for we could kill him.
We go really greedy and searched his house and found some really cool shit. But stayed way too long and before we could have a long rest my characters ex Cinder came in for another fight. She uses a ring of fire to trap us. Walks through it and stabbed me with a flaming swords almost killing me in one attack. I tried something stupid that didnt work. Tamlyn use Dimension Door and took me and her out of there. Leaving Diego and Gift.
The fight did go well will Diego going unconscious twice and Gift turning into a bear trying to run away with Diego. As Me and Tamlyn are running away I use my connection with Cinder to try to save Diego but Tamlyn and the rest stop me from sacrificing myself to save them. So last try to save Diego from being disintegrated by Cinder. I told her the Assassin guild is in the middle of a coo and Diego rolled a Nat 20 luck check for her leaving him. We were able to resurrect him and get back to our ship.
We found our dragon Charlie put Full sized trees everywhere, burned down our kitchen and other thing through out the ship. We had to push a full size oak tree off the ship killing a trading company "The Marrow Trading Company" caravan that we keep killing and terrorize without knowing it. We also had a sweet moment with my character and Tamlyn sharing a moment and kissing. And Diego and Gift shared a sweet cuddle hug.
