Description:

Volvagia is the Final Boss of the Fire Temple from the game, Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Resurrected by Ganondorf after the fall of the Hyrule Kingdom, this dragon began to eat the Gorons on Death Mountain. When Darunia – a Goron last seen heading to the Fire Temple to defeat the dragon – disappears, Link must find him and rescue the imprisoned Gorons. This red volcanic dragon has two forearms and a long Eastern-styled body. The dragon has unusually large eyes and a fiery mane.

Abilities:

Volvagia attempts to confuse his opponents by entering the arena through one of nine holes on the platform. Prior to entering the arena, a column of flames emerge through hole. As the battle continues, a few columns of flames may emit through different holes prior to Volvagia's emergence, confusing the player's direction.

After being struck by a Megaton Hammer and diving back into it's pool of lava, Volvagia will fly up and dislodge several rocks from the volcano in an attempt to smash the player. It may also chase the player and attack with its fire breath.
