Horns:

his horns are pretty hard and he is capable of doing some powerful headbutts with them but he doesn’t like headaches after that

Tail:

Thought he has a really fluffy tail under it there are folded spikes (similar to Azul’s tail spikes). These spikes are really sharp and really long so it’s better to not get hit by him

Also there seems to be produced some kind of venom but it’s unknown where it’s produced. Maybe it’s produced by his scales when he needs it, maybe there are some canals similar to those for venom fangs, or maybe the feathers have coated surface in this substance. Who knows

Magic:

He most likely uses wind magic. It’s the best way to explain how he can fly for example

He can reach really high speeds while flying with his magic (some even speculate he can use teleportation as a secondary type)

He also uses it for attack. Quick slashes and stabs seem to be his favorite

Wind he creates is cold 99% of the time

He can’t breathe fire of any kind

But he is capable of picking up smaller objects with his powers

His bites are cold

He bit his mother’s palm after he hatched, so she named him after his bite

He doesn’t know the true origin of his name tho

The glowing veins/scales on few parts of his body are quite a mystery. They could be fancy glowing parts or magic veins, for better control or power. He probably doesn’t know himself or just doesn’t care
