• Squads to do activities together, for example one for a newspaper or doing art
• "Official" YCHs / Group Pictures
• Raffles, maybe some kind of monthly thing featuring different artist(s) each time?
• A heavily story related event for the writers
• DTAs

That would help, but I have d pretty much wherever I can,
it helps to have more activity so we appear higher on the list
