E.g Overheating during Winter.
I died to Koalafants twice because I said "screw it" and tanked it without armour. Second time I died, I revived myself using God Mode and immediately fell into the water because I revived too close to the edge. I'm definitely a tanking girl.
I could possibly draw out these scenarios when I have the time and energy.

Starvation. It's funny and dumb beacuse it's called don't starve
I was walking around at night and found what I thought was a tumbleweed (I had never seen one before) and tried to click on it, it didn’t work obviously, so I set it on fire with me torch. Turns out that it was a sleeping tallbird.
