I personally disagree
You see I have this policy. If a few characters gets a certain theme of skins that aren’t special to them, than EVERYONE should have that skin theme!
Because I don’t want to be in the shoes of someone who’s favorite character is missing out

I meant something more like: Not everyone has the ability to be a pirate, it’s a rough, tough, and demanding life. And if you can’t make it as a pirate, then you don’t get a pirate skin!
