The DST wiki unfortunately does not have all the quotes I need to finish off Warly's seasoning spices.
The only way I can get them right now is to tediously spawn in a seasoned dish, eat it, immediately type the "effect start" quote, wait 5 minutes and then quickly type the "effect end" quote into my wiki.
Is there an easier way I could access files containing all of the quotes within the game?

You might have to go into the code, copypaste it into word, and then cntrl F for what you need
