Background:
After making her rounds for the day, the young postwoman was given a few last minute deliveries to make; a package from the Voxola Radio Company and a basketball. The first she decided to deliver was the radio, addressed to somewhere far from the city. The route she took to it was perilous and, upon getting swept up in a storm, her worry came to a head when she gets ended up off course and swept up in a river. From inside the package, a voice was heard that promised to bring her to safety and get the package to it's destination. With a hasty agreement, shadow hands erupted from the river and draged her down to the depths below. While the basketball was dragged with Watricia, the radio made it's way safely to it's address, the home of a certain gentleman scientist.
Personality:
Watricia is an anxious, nervous wreck always trying to make light of the things around her and usually talking as if someone else is with her. The scary things around her conflict with her wanting to keep her goody two shoes mailwoman attitude and it's only around other survivors and her buddy Rawling that she can act like how she wants to present herself as. Due to her occupation of being a mailwoman, her dialogue usually consists of talking about things associated with mail, similar to characters like Willow where most of their dialogue circles back around to bring about heir core trait. With Watricia, she also likes to talk with random inanimate objects like they're people, case in point being her ball Rawling who she seems to treat like an actusl person rsther than just ironically with other objects. It's because of this trait that other survivors would see her as a little nuts or simply pity her. Her greatest pity however is her extreme fear of water, an irrational phobia of hers that she'll bring up when wet or talking about anything related to water. This phobia plays a role in her gameplay as well.
Special Power
Postal Service
Watricia comes equipped with from the start a Backpack item called a Mail Pack. It has +6 inventory slots and all items within it are completely waterproof, but is susceptible to fire. The best feature about this item, when worn by Watricia, is that it can deliver and receive items from across the map. Alongside crafting the Mail Pack, Watricia can also craft 5 Mailboxes, each having 9 Inventory Slots and spacially connected to the Mail Pack.
When a Mailbox is crafted, a small tab will appear to the side of the Mail Pack's inventory. Clicking on these tabs will open the respective Mailbox's inventory in the center of the screen (no matter the distance from the box) and items can be placed in and taken from them. There is a cost when doing this however. The cost for transporting each category of item goes as follows:
• 4 Sanity: Crock Pot recipes, Tools, Dress items, Survival items
• 8 Sanity: Weapons, Armor, Magic items (Amulets, Staffs, etc)
• 12 Sanity: Character-specific items, Misc. items
• 1 Sanity: Everything else... (Crafting items, Food, Trinkets, etc)
The Mailboxes can only be accessed via the Mail Pack if Watricia is dry or on land. Watricia also won't be able to transport items if she lacks the Sanity required to do so, such as when she's completely insane.
Only 5 Mailboxes can be placed on the world (each a different color; blue, white, grey, black, red) and, as a structure, they can't be moved unless destroyed and rebuilt somewhere else. When placed, the Mailboxes will display an icon on the map.
Being able to transport items across the world is incredibly helpful in resource gathering as it allows you to continue gathering resources from far away without having to waste time returning to base. Any items other players put into a Mailbox are also accessable to Watricia as long as she has her Mail Pack on.
In addition to transporting items across the Map, Watricia can also set up Moving Boxes that allows other players to be transported across the map. In order for Moving Boxes to work however, a Moving Box Exit has to be created, to which only one can be set up in the world and the creation of another will destroy the one the presently exists.
Many Moving Boxes can be created, however they all connect back to the Moving Box Exit in the world and thus are essentially one way Worm Holes. Moving Boxes can be placed in caves but will only be active if an Exit is placed in the cave as well.
Using a Moving Box will require the sacrifice of something in order to be accessed, specifically Gold Nuggets. Three Gold Nuggets are required to be dumped into a Moving Box in order for it to be opened, and once somebody has gone inside, it will close up again, waiting for the next person to gift it Gold Nuggets.
Rawling
Rawling is an item from the Shipwrecked DLC of Don't Starve. He comes with all his perks from Shipwrecked, but now revamped to fit with Watricia. In addition to restoring 1 Sanity to the tosser when thrown, his Sanity restoration when equipped is also increased from 2/min to 6.25/min (10/min with Watricia). 30 Insulation from Freezing is also given to the player when holding Rawling. On a minor note, he now only talks to Watricia at any Sanity level and to players who aren't Watricia below 50% Sanity.
In addition to the above perks, Rawling now also acts like a Silly Monkey Ball from Shipwrecked and can attract a variety of mobs to him, like Hounds, Spiders, Rabbits, and other curious creatures. Bosses, Shadow Creatures are the only mob categories in it's entirety that won't ever chase after him. After chasing the ball for a short while however, mobs will stop trying to run after him and go back to whatever they were doing before. Unique to Watricia, Rawling will also roll towards and follow her should their Sanity be below 45%, allowing for more convenient Sanity restoration if need be.
Multiple Rawlings can be made by Watricia and can be turned into two different weapons.
• Battle-ready Rawling no longer retains the ability to ively regenerate Sanity overtime, however he deals damage 80 damage to whatever he hits when thrown and deals 20 damage to whatever chases and hits him when he is on the ground. Watricia and other characters are unaffected when picking up Rawling. He also only lasts for 3 Days upon being created.
• Rawling on a Stick is a Melee Weapon and, along with dealing 42.5 damage, will restore 2 Sanity per successful strike. Like a Morning Star, it loses durability when held, only lasting for 8 minutes in total while held.
Unlike in Shipwrecked, Rawling actually does have durability, he can be held for 4 days straight before perishing, however he can be thrown indefinitely.
Other Abilities
As a mailwoman, Watricia is also used to making fast deliveries and as such, she is naturally faster than a lot of other characters, at a speed of 1.1x normal, without any additional speed increasing items like the Walking Cane. However, when very wet, her speed is worse than average.
Due to her fear of water, she also deals additional Damage to Wet targets, gaining an additional 0.5x multiplier to wet targets (dealing 1.5x damage to wet targets normally and 3x to them with an electric weapon). This makes using Water Balloons more advantageous with Watricia than with most other characters.
Disadvantages
Watricia has only 9 Inventory Slots. While the Mail Pack makes up for this discrepancy with it's 6 Slots (which brings her total Inventory to the base number).
Another of her disadvantages is her crippling hydrophobia. Standing above water on a boat will naturally cause Watricia to lose Sanity at a rate of -10/min and will also prevent her from being able to open Mailboxes using her Mail Pack. Should the boat Watricia stands on break, she will not only lose 25 Maximum HP, 25 Sanity and be completely wet, her Sanity will also always be set to 0 when resurfacing.
Although being on a boat is dangerous for Watricia, being Wet is much worse. Based on her level of Wetness, Watricia will experience additional negative effects. At low levels of wetness, Watricia will begin to naturally lose 10 Sanity/min without any wet garments on. At medium levels wetness, Watricia's hunger will begin to drain faster, at a rate of -1.2x. Finally, at high levels of wetness, Watricia will begin to lose 15 Sanity/min, increase her hunger drain to -1.33x, and reduce her speed by .2x, leaving her at .9x movement speed. There are benefits to being Wet however, as the more Wet she is, the stronger her attacks hit, increasing by +0.01x for every point of Wetness incurred.
Once Watricia is on land or is completely dry, she will no longer lose Sanity and any adverse affects will go away as well.

Let me know your thoughts on this girl, I'd love for any negative or positive if you guys made it this far. Also let me know if you want me to make a sprite sheet for her, would very much like to put effort into another.
Edit: Updated Watricia's abilities a bit and added two new structures she can create that impact her gameplay a lot.
