Ice Breaker!

Hello this is my first post! I figured it would be an Ice Breaker about my lovely doggo!

2. How did you come across or find your dog?

I got Nikki around the age of 6, I had wanted a dog for along time and specifically a german shepard. I thought they were top notch police and guard dogs. And another Easter Day, or day after, I was picked up from a relatives house and told there was " a big black Easter egg " waiting for me. I was very confused by that. Until the door was opened and Nikki came out jumping and tail wagging. And I have had her ever since! We did get her from some guy who over used a shock collar on her, so you couldn't really be touched around the neck until she trusted us. Now you gave give her hugs and pets all around!

3. What are their likes?

• Snow

• Camping Trips

• Playing fetch

• Late Night snacks

4. What are their dislikes?

• When People or other dogs our house.

• Being left for 5 Minutes.

• Cats [ I think, I am still not sure.]

5. Does your dog(s) participate in any dog sports or activities? If not then what kind of exercises does your dog(s) like to do?

She loves going on walks, and playing fetch, she also loves to rough house outside and with my other dog.

• She barks at air balloons.

• She is a very loving dog.

• She at some point killed a Garter Snake.

An embarrassing moment was when I was younger, I was walking Nikki down to some water while on a camping trip. She had gotten overly excited and pulled me down with her after seeing another dog and she sniffed the dog but left me with rope burns on both hands and ripped pants.

8. Where does your dog like to sleep? What position do you catch them sleeping in? Share a photo or drawing example if you want!

My dog likes to sleep on my shoulder or in my room in her dog bed. I catch her sleeping on her side all the time.

Nikki has her walking harness, purple collar, and Pink leash.

Nikki knows a few tricks like sit, shake, spin, and sit pretty.
