Rumi is an adorable, mixed breed. She’s suspected to be a shepherd hound mix. She was brought to the SPCA after being found in a dumpster with her siblings. She loves to eat and play with ice cubes. She also loves to cuddle and carry toys around in her mouth. She’s a hyper pup working on her agility and loves to sleep underneath blankets.
