Ok first of all that’s a very pretty dog. Second of all, I would recommend watching her and gently pulling her down when she does that if it bothers you. Idk if she can hop over that fence it looks like she can’t so that’s a good thing. But if it doesn’t bother you, I would just let her look at the world beyond that fence. My dog does the same thing but it isn’t a problem. She’s too small to go anywhere :joy:

Ah, it's no problem. She does this at least 20 times a day. She loves watching all the people by.

I'm sure that it would be possible for her to climb the fence, but she does not have the brain and athleticism to do so :joy:
