I'm Lemon and welcome to another blog. This is my entry for the latest Music Club challenge. when you were little and they made you pick an adjective for each letter of your name? Well we're doing that with songs from Disney princess shows and movies!

Was I that weird "girl with her nose stuck in a book"? Yes. Yes I was. I never really fitted in at school, but like Belle in the song, I don't really care. I was in my own world. I often daydreamed of adventure. I wanted adventure. I wished something interesting to happen. To this day I'll still daydream various situations happening for some spice in life. For the most part, as Belle says, everyday is the same like always.

For a lot of my life, the outside image of myself didn't reflect who I was in one way or another. Sometimes it was something as simple as I feel grown up, but I dress like a child and others it was more complex. I wanted to be x, but I acted like y. When I decided that I wanted to turn my life around and set an image of who I wanted to become, it took years to attain that image and to this day, I'm still working on that.

A song about a girl who denies and doesn't openly share her emotions. Sounds familiar XD. I mean I did test 100% thinking, 0% feeling on the 16personalities test. Like Meg, I often have a negative view of people based on various previous bad experiences. I don't often see people as worth the effort or give them a chance. Also, I just love this song. It lives rent-free in my mind.

I've been working hard my whole life. I've had goals. I've worked hard to achieve them. I've "climbed a mountain and I've crossed a river" to achieve these goals dealing with adversity and hardship. I do believe what Tiana says in the song that if you want something, you have to work hard for it. Like Tiana, I don't care what other people have to say about my work ethic. They can think I'm crazy, uptight, serious, or whatever, but I'm working hard for me and my future.

This is my favorite Disney song. It's captivating. I can relate to both Cassandra and Varian to a less extreme degree. Feelings of hate, anger, and jealousy can get the better of me. It feels right and justified, but afterwards it's often "that was immature". Like Cass, I try to remove any weakness, or weakness in my eyes, that I have. This is one of those songs that anytime it plays on Spotify that I stop what I'm doing and just listen.

This past year, a lot of things have changed (and for the better). I got a job, my driver's license, started playing sports, and started at a new school. As the saying goes, "The world is your oyster". I'm doing things I never thought I would do and I'm happy. I have great friends both here and irl. I've just been living my best life so far and I'm ready for what experiences senior year brings me.

The way I relate to this song is very similar as to the last song so I won't repeat myself. When I was in 7th grade, my choir performed at Disney and one of the songs we sang was an Aladdin medley. I've been more fond of the Aladdin soundtrack since then. I want to say within the past year or so, I for some unknown reason came to love this song in particular.
