We’ve seen that a lot of people aren’t reading the guidelines, which is a fairly worrying problem. We can deal with this at the moment but there are more and more people (especially new ) not validating their art, which means we have to disable their posts.

I decided to make a short PSA on proofing your art so that it doesn’t get

disabled or taken down.

- when posting art

When you’re posting your art you have to make sure that you do one or multiple of the following:

- Include three progress shots (photographs of the progression of your art piece)

- Put your thumbs up next to your piece of artwork

- include your signature or Amino name on the artwork

- or show your digital art layers

- just ...

- you must include a minimum of three of your reference photos!

- don’t include your reference photos if they violate the guidelines

- posts with just progress shots are allowed, but any finished pieces must have all progress in one post

- of an artist has requested credit for their art you must give it, or it will be considered plagiarism

- and finally that claiming someone’s art as your own directly or indirectly is not allowed on this Amino!
