From the style of this digimon, I am guessing it's an eater that's become a Digimon. I predict from the use of the Japanese words for numbers, that the ultimate form will be Called GoEatermon.

They are Digital lifeforms, Eatermon is a unique exception due to a glitch that happened when a certain Digimon was reincarnating turned it into an Eater without loosing its sentients
