Extinction, and new beginnings

After a long battle, both SilentwingNavitamon and InfinitywingMedicemon were on there last legs, the cores on their respective chests were cracked, and their bodies were rapidly dissipating into data.

Silentwing growled, the glow of his visor began to flicker "N-no...not like this....I won't let our kind finally die out because of a traitor..." He began to charge an attack in his palm, but do to his weakened state, the attack fizzled out.

"Then don't let our kind die out" Infinitywing said, holding out her hand as her visor too began to flicker "take my hand, our time may be up, but if we put aside our differences, we can use our powers to ensure that our kind will begin anew"

Silentwing contemplated, for while he hated Medicemon for going against their kind, she was now offering to save it. With that thought, he weakly reached out his claw, and took Infinitywing's hand.

Both of their cracked cores began to glow, and with a flash of light, both disappeared.
