I've started to notice a strange pattern recently, whenever i get serious about shifting and start meditating and affirming throughout the day to manifest my shift, i always end up having nightmares.
Like, it's the 5th time this has happened, the first 3 times were months ago, when i decided to try a guided meditation a tiktok suggested (the wim hoff meditation if i well), and mind you I'm not one that meditates often.
And i trying that meditation + attempiting to shift for 3 nights straight, and all those nights i got nightmares back to back jdndnd like it wasn't anything "scary" like monsters, but it was always like my deepest fears/insecurities regarding friends/family/cr life that made me wake up almost crying. And it's so odd because i never get nightmares.
And recently i decided to stop being ive and actually work on myself and reprogram my mind, and boom nightmares again cknxnxx
Im seeing a lot of angel numbers (something that i havent seen in months) so im hoping the nightmares are like a way for my subconscious to release fear or doubts, but god are the nightmares terrifying... the recent one was very gorey :sob: and it sucked so much because i was planning on attempting to shift at 4 am like a wake-back-to-bed method, but all i could see when i closed my eyes were the remaints of the nightmare. But it did get followed by another dream where a man told me that my fears are abstract, scary but cannot hurt me. Which..? I hope is like.. a good omen. Honestly idek, i hope these nightmares stop bc :broken_heart: :broken_heart: :broken_heart:
Did anybody else experience this.. pls lemme know  :pensive:

def just a purging of your subconscious, as it heavily directs the dream realm. the subconscious makes up roughly 90% of our being while our conscious mind we use only 10% of daily, so suddenly having nightmares (awful ones at that) after consciously attempting mindful habits could’ve stirred something up in the subcon that’s now being pushed out as it’s been deemed useless. the subcon does this naturally as it is its job to purge the filth that’s been left unsettled after so long, even if uncomfortable. it’s normal though, don’t worry. i recommend listening to a “sweet dreams” subliminal, maybe with some meditative waves/beats to make this a bit easier for you <3. besides that, i can recommend a dream journal. most of all, follow your heart
Alright, this makes sense kdk thank you so much, I'll do as you suggested!! :sob: :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts:
Me too! It happened around 3 times but only that. Maybe that's the only 3 serious shifting attempts from me lol and it doesn't happened again
Omg im so glad I'm not alone jxnxn That's the thing! Because i giving up on that meditation after the 3rd time if gave me nightmares. I'm not sure if we should just push through. What did you do the nights you had the nightmares btw?

Write it in a book and try to find if there's some kind of 'connection' to my shifting journey cuz most of them happened because my mind stressing out of not shifting? And at that time too I want to shift to some kind of mafia theme dr so that's why I got lots of nightmares lmao

Rightt i hope you're doing better now tho :revolving_hearts:
Cleanse but from what I know it's a sign of purging. Your subconscious is directing you, maybe they're fears you have to address, so they're being resurfaced. Ngl, I'm not getting any weird vibes like entities or something

I personally tried to pay attention to dreams or nightmares, then write down what happened. Maybe you can take notes from it? You can also try to ask yourself for forgiveness. Each nightmare has a different reason (unless you keep ignoring it) so maybe confront it by asking yourself some questions. I think you have to cleanse tho. Probably by crying and sitting on your bed a bit. I take it some of these nightmares contain grief?

Yeah, some do (and now that i think abt it, 90% of the time i dreamt my s/o there was always an element of death to the dream). I'll try to cry it out kxbfnd and maybe listen to some cleansing subliminals and try to figure out what the nightmares mean. Thank you sm
