TW: Mention of failiure, not shifting and anxiety

Hello everyone, I hope you've been well.

I have a very serious question to ask.

For those of you with ADHD, depression and anxiety. How do you get through the feeling that you're not going to shift and the fear of failing to shift and having the anxiety amplify that?

Uuuuh that's a hard one. Honestly I never really got over that feeling, but whenever my head tries to push the thought of "what if I won't shift?" I just somehow get over it. Yk I tell myself it's just my hormones :skull: ik that sounds weird but it helps a bunch :sob: instead of dwelling on that I tell myself that this thought isn't true there's no way I won't shift, I've made it into a belief that "not shifting" is impossible by constantly reminding myself that. Even though I’ve shifted I can still feel like this. I play myself sometimes and wonder if my head was messing with me. Intrusive thoughts doesn’t help reassure at all. But I like to think to myself that thousands of people know about shifting and there are so many shifting experiences out there not everyone can be lying. It’s a spiritual practice and backed up by science. I like writing down my doubts and ripping it up or meditating. I know I would shift eventually and then I did and experienced so many things that was worth it. Sometimes we just have moments of doubt but it’s okay and I think back and realize how real it truly was. I would never give this up no matter how many times it took. I also look at content of my dr to help distract myself it always get me excited and more motivated. Just know it’s okay to feel down about shifting it’s better to acknowledge than to push away or it’ll just hurt more. I stopped listening to others a lot and did my own thing. I mixed methods to my liking and did my own affirmations. I also experimented to see what was best for me writing down dreams to have more vivid dreams, what got me into sats, etc. don’t think too much into it because in the end shifting really only take detachment and intention nothing extra everything else is just an aid.

Honestly besides listening to dream and respawn subliminals and praying, there's not much I can do besides scripting when I feel like it and intending to wake up in my DR(even though I ended up back here all the time so far 🫠🥲).I hope this might help.
