The type of art that I consider my favorite is editing, personally this is something I've been doing since I ed amino and it's because it was very popular within the app and that's why I decided to start editing and now I've been doing it for (at least) 4 years. It's something I really enjoy doing because I can experiment with different styles and even play with the resources to create something, plus it distracts me a bit.

I'm not 100% sure for how does this art started but, I saw it first on anime amino, more specifically on the covers for the blogs and that's how I started to get more interested on editing. After that I've started seeing a kind of evolution in editing because now there were not only covers, there were also icons, community decorations, chats and also descriptions and blogs created with edits. All the big communities of amino started to put more attention on this edits and try to make their community more visual using these edits, and also communities dedicated to editing and deg were created. A lot of people started to get more interested on this and started to to these communities or they just started to practice it, and that's how editing became something really popular on amino.
