Ultimate Spider-man #1: the origin (Part 1)

Richard and Edward were experimenting an Alien lifeform of a strange black goo in the lab of Trask industries. "what are you?" Richard said looking through the glass "vitals are stable. Whatever this thing is it seems to be helping it's host" Edward said looking through the computer monitor. The Black Goo started to shriek slamming the glass hard making a crack as the glass starts to sharter as it tries to attack the scientists. Dr. Richard Parker and Dr. Edward Brock than ran out of the lab when the black Creature than looked at the dead scientist and than bonded itself with it forming itself like a human being but as itself as a venomized humanoid.

The Black creature started to chase after them now bonded with it's new host "oh crap! It's coming right for us!" Edward said running "No shit Ed!" Richard said running with Edward and the creature roared and shrieked loud. As they ran they hid by another lab catching their breath "whew..I think we lost it." Ed said as a hand burst through the sell door as it tore through the door "ya think!? What now?" Richard said grabbing a crowbar. Edward had to think of something as the black Creature was now in the lab shrieking and charged at them as Richard than took a swing at the creature. It growled and started to speak "o..our..turn.." the creature said as it smacked Richard away as he was thrown to the wall unconscious. The creature walked towards him grabbing him by the shirt and looked at his badge "R-..rich-..ard.." the creature said as it's mouth started to open very wide "hungry.." the creature was about to bite Richard's head but was interrupted by Edward "hands off my friend ugly!" Edward start to wack the creature but it caught the crowbar and it took it right off him bending it like it was nothing throwing it to the side dropping Richard "F..feeedd.." the creature said walking towards Edward hissing but it shrieked loudly when Richard pulled out a Sonic repulsed gun shooting it at the creature and it screamed in pain as it tries to escape but the pain was too much and died slowly and it unbonded away from the Dead scientist.

Edward fell to his knees and Richard fell to his knees breathing "it's dead.. it's dead..God it's over.." Richard said laying on the floor "what now?" Edward said looking at the Dead scientist and the black goo "I don't know Ed.." Richard replied getting up when Trask came in seeing the Dead scientist and the Dead symbiotic goo "I see you delt the situation Mr. Parker?" Trask asked with a consern look "y-yes sir.. I didn't had a choice" Richard replied picking up his friend Edward "well than, I think we're done here. I expect these.. symbiotes were to be transferred to the government facility." Trask said as Richard and Edward looked at him for what he said "you don't understand! Those things their uncontrollably! Their dangerous! They'll kill any living thing on Earth! They have to be destroyed!" Richard said with anger in his eyes "than you and Edward are terminated from the Venom project. It's on your contract." Trask said and left the lab "ready the containment cells and prepare for transport." The guard said as the other guards put the Symbiotes to the containment cells and transport them to a government facility but they were shipped to another lab for transport.

*Few nights later outside of the lab*

Richard and Edward would be in the government facility as they went through the computers destroying all their work and research in the process. Ed than sees the canasters but one was open and it was S-V2.5.2's canaster. Edward than felt something crawling on his leg as the black symbiote spreads All over Edward's body his screams muffled so no one can hear him.

Richard than noticed Edward was taking too long as he went to look for him and saw him on the floor completely unconscious as Richard than picked him up and saw all the canasters empty including S-V252.

*5 hours later*

Ed woke up in the hospital feeling dizzy and nauseous and threw up in the can than Richard came in "hey Ed, you alright? What happened?" Richard comfort Edward "I don't know.. last thing I I was... The canisters! Richard the canisters their-" Ed was cut from Richard "I know I saw what happened. Where do you think they might've gone?" Richard asked "I don't know.. all I know is.. that it's over." Ed said laying back down as Eddie Brock Jr. And Peter walked in including Edward and Richard's wives.

*5 days later*

Edward woke up next to his wife in a cold sweat and started to feel nauseous again and ran to the bathroom and started throwing up again in the toilet. He washed up his face and looked in the mirror and his heart stopped when he sees his reflection. A dark black Creature was in the reflection only it was his reflection. Edward screamed and backed up tripping on the floor as he kept looking at the creature "y-you died! We killed you! How's this possi-" Edward was cut the moment when he finished as the creature spoke "never wounded... never killed.. always survive..." The creature spoke as it reverted back to Edward's reflection again.

"Oh my God...." Edward was lost in thought as his wife came in to aid him.

*6 days later at the lab*

Richard and Edward started working when a voice in his head said "lier.. lier.. feed, hungry, kill, lier, kill, kill, kill, feed" the voices got louder and Edward clenched his head trying to make it stop as he then screamed "SHUT UP!!!!" he shouted as the voices stopped when the scientists looked at him and Edward left the lab. Richard knew there was something wrong so he then followed.

*In the bathroom*

Edward washed his face and looked at himself in the mirror as his reflection is the black Creature just like that night "feed.." the creature said "no...I won't.. I rather die" Edward said looking away "hungry.. feed.. FEEEDD" the creature chanted again and again as Edward clenched his head again "stop it, stop it! No more! Make it stop! Shut up!!" The voices kept chanting louder as a man touched Ed's shoulder "hey man you okay?" He said concerned "feed..." Ed said slowly getting up. "What? Hey man, you should get help" the young man said feeling unease "feeedd.. kill.." Ed than turned around facing the young scientist's direction "sir? Are you-" Ed grabbed him by the neck as he started to..form as in turning big and huge with black tendrils forming around Edward's body "I need to feast.. I need..to FEEEEDD!!" the creature then opened his mouth wider as the scientist screamed and his head gets bitten off including the rest of the body in the creature and reverted back to Edward Brock leaving the bathroom his eyes black and white.
