A Behemoth that has been evolving in the upper layers of the atmosphere for ages. They are beast that seldom move, preferring to get around by teleporting with a beam of Radiant energy.

It is a hulking beast of a behemoth. It is covered in deep blue armor, sporting two large beetle like horns and fin like armor pieces on its back. Its head, limbs and flat tail sport glass like "windows" into the body of the behemoth showing star filled, Radiant energy.

A surprisingly common ability.

Radiant Energy

It can release Radiant energy in the form of short ranged burst from its "windows". They can also create small spheres of energy refered to as starflies. These starflies explode upon with foes. A byproduct pf this energy is the creation of prisms that slayers can pick up for temporary benefit. This prisms have effects including healing, increasing attack power and creating a Radiant barrier that prevents all damage.

Drones

By removing parts of its shell, it can create drones that can fire concentrated lasers of Radiant aether.

While initially found in a wide variety of habitats, Valomyrs seem to have settled onto what I'll call prismatic deserts, specifically Conundrum Rock. These islands notably have a great tie to Radiant aether.
