Im am the agent leader of Apex Legends Armory Amino and Deathgarden BH Amino. I have a lot of moderation experience and I have been running aminos for quite a long time.

I do have a job but I only work around 20 hours a week so other than that I have plenty of time to be on amino. Ive been playing dauntless since its official release but not its beta release, so im still a bit of a newbie.
Im a very charismatic and creative person, so im a very good person when you get to know me. I am also very outgoing, putting others over myself most of the time with no desire or thought of getting anything in return, but probably the satisfaction of helping others.
What skills/abilities do you have that you could bring to a leader or curator role?
I am amazing at training other leaders and curators in line, teaching the dos and donts of moderation on the amino. I also have good experience in blogging, event organization,and theme creations. Creating themes for an amino is very important to keep the amino new and fresh and my event organization keeps the amino active and on its toes participating in activities or contests.
A leader or curator role requires responsibility and maturity in resolving issues, conflicts or finding solutions to problems. What would you say qualifies you and can you provide examples?
Im I am a very creative and open minded person, I can use the ideas given from other people whilst incorporating my own. I make sacrifices to put others before myself if they are in need of help in anyway, shape, or form. I often find solutions to any obstacle that may come in my way or in the way of others.
I have a lot of charisma, and im not talking about fallout. I spend most of my time here on amino as a whole befriending others. I am good at stopping arguments or conflicts without the need of my bad guy attitude.
What kind of content will you feature and what kind of content will you not feature?
It is good to keep the feature page fresh and new but sometimes overloading the featured page with pointless and short posts can be a problem. It is good to feature content such as a well crafted and interesting blog or an amazing piece of art that took a while to make, but this doesnt mean that it should be featured immediately. Art should not be featured if it was taken from another or if it has no proof and a blog shouldnt be feature if it was plagiarized from another source.

What I Have Contributed
When I ed this amino, the s werent active at all, I realised this after I offered them help with the community. When i realized that they have been inactive for almost two years, I made an attempt to make change here, i wanted to make an amino that would have active and mods, the type of mods that would be involved in the community on a day to day basis, sacrificing their personal time. Now that we have a new agent leader, I decided to take time out of my day to help her out when I could have been celebrating with my staff on my other amino because we hit our 7000 member milestone after 4 months. In my eyes it is pointless to help out people that dont need help but helping smaller people that may actually need it.
What I Plan On Contributing
× I plan on hosting giveaways, contests, and events to make the amino fun and to keep it new and fresh.
× I will work hard with my peers to get the community listed and have its spot on the explore page.
× I will help create and manage new staff teams such as the Event Team and the Welcoming Committee.
lastly, staff or not, I will be very involved in the community and I may stay up all night talking to other and remaining active here in the amino.
may come to you concerning issues regarding harassment, or violations of amino rules or conduct. How would you handle the situation?
Harassment and bullying is a big problem in all aminos especially mine. This is how i usually handle it.
1. First I ask the member or group that has been harassing them and I investigate the situation to determine how severe it is.
2. Second I confront the member or group and tell them that what they are doing violates the guidelines and can result in punishment. I will talk to the member about the situation, if they argue, lie, or deny their actions, they could recieve an even more severe punishment.
Lastly, once I have finished, I will distribute their punishments based on their actions. Repeated offenders will likely be banned.
3. Being a curator or leader should involve being fair to everyone regardless of your own personal feelings. If a friend is breaking the rules or has a conflict with another member which has been brought to the attention of leaders/curators, would you be prepared to take action and how would you attempt to resolve the issue?
I take much pride in my work and I take it seriously, yes I may joke around and invite my friend to come here, but here I am serious. In my eyes everyone has to be treated equally. I would tell my friend that what he did was wrong, saying that he or she shouldnt break the guidelines or conflict with other . I will make sure that they will get an equal punishment, just like the rest of the others on this amino.
If I let them off the hook, not only would they be breaking the guidelines but I would be breaking the guidelines aswell, which could possibly cost me.
You may come across some who will criticise you in a non-constructive way and say they could do a better job. It may even get to the point of harassment and personal attacks. How would you handle this?
In a situation like this, it is best that you do not take this personally and the last thing that would want is for your emotions to get the best of you, dont do that. Nobody deserves to be harassed, so the best thing to do about the situation in my eyes is to tell them that they should stop ranting and to criticize in a polite and constructive manner.
Constructive criticism should not be taken as complaining at all, not by anyone, but instead you should think about what they have criticized and think about how you should improve based on the information, making you a better staff member.
If the situation escalates to harrassment and threats, then I will most likely take immediate action to confront them and probably punish them depending on the severity.

Heres is a bit of info on my activity, I spent around 4 to 5 hours on average on the app as a whole across all of my aminos. On a good day i can spend 6 to 7 hours across all of my aminos. I prioritize the aminos that are my favorites and the ones that I am moderating in.
